Great experience
I can’t begin to tell you how happy I am with my IWC watch purchase. The anxiety of purchasing a previously owned luxury watch was dispelled immediately upon seeing the watch. Your pictures were great, honest, and your description was accurate. Dealing with your company went smoothly and efficiently. I look forward to any future encounters and purchases.

Not Your Average Lux Watch Dealer/Seller/Horologist
Excellent company for luxury watches..A+ BBB rating. That was the first thing I checked when I finally found the Rolex I was looking for..George and staff have he knowledge and expertise of 10 horologists..Price I got with the box and papers was the best price out of 1600 watches listed..I thought it was b.s because if its sounds to good to be true, well you all know that saying!! One site I put in what I wanted, location etc,etc.. Only 2 in that price range, which I put in about $1500 under going rate..1set was used well lol(Crystal deep scratch band stretched, etc.)..The other Rolex was in prestige condition..George even came down on price because he seen the passion and told him the story of the year specifically..I could have sold my set for 2500 profit without even touching it. Common classic Rolex, but the silver face I hardly seen searching the year I took..Taught myself about the game.. it's a special watch sentimentally..Even with out papers their certificate would be trusted and honored by any known and legit dealer , especially in NYCs diamond district..Georger I'm on my 3rd watch now..Bought a Tissot Chrono for everyday till I realized it's way too nice for the semi physical work I do..Got a Seiko Diver, suburst/rubber band to wear back and forth the 5 days I grind a week..End of the year I'll be back for my next Rolex. Might be the Milgaus. I'm noticing a trend price a d investment wise..Thanks again and people rest assured..Give these guys your bizz if you are truly serious.Hope this helps you guys inquiring..Phigora? I wouldnt hesitate anymore after dealing with them and 2 others I bought my other ones from, let alone countless I've spoken to , especially in pursuit of my first Rolex and 1st serious watch point blank period.

I had a first class service from Phigora.
I recommend the team highly.
The timepiece is in even more pristine condition than promised. They negotiated a fair price. Communication was good. The parcel arrived swiftly with minimum hassle and in excellent packaging.
I am impressed by the watch and by the watch seller.

Excellent company
Excellent company. I am still trying to find out the status of my chronometer repair. Please give me an idea when the watch will be sent back to me.

I received a somewhat different model of the watch I purchased but it was still a great watch. Received an apology and a reasonable discount. All good.

A difficult transaction.
The best bit first. My wife loves her beautiful gold 69178. It's a lovely watch.
Had Phigora looked inside this watch before sending it out, they'd have seen the non-Rolex balance bridge and the missing balance wheel screw!
We live in a far away country, so the non-working watch was looked at by a local watchmaker. The local guy pointed out the obvious, but Phigora accused him of swapping out the movement!
The watch was returned to New York, and George kindly offered a refund, but we chose to have it fixed.
Instead of sending the repaired watch back though, Phigora dispatched another customers watch to us by mistake! We returned this valuable piece, and in due course, after months, we finally received what we had purchased.
At no time did anyone at Phigora admit that they'd sent a 5500 USD watch out without bothering to look inside, or admitted that there were fake or missing parts. Never did they offer to uplift faulty or wrongly sent items, and their scrimping on shipping dragged the whole thing out by months. Everything except the final sending of the watch was by the cheapest means, which meant USPS. Profit clearly comes before customer service here.
I'm sure this wasn't their normal service, but it happened.
I suggest to Phigora that you ought to at least look inside 100% of the watches you send out in future, thus hopefully avoiding another fun-sucking transaction like this one.
I should add that this was the second watch I bought from Phigora. The first deal went well and is the subject of our other review.
