Better Business Bureau warns of ProjectManager.com
I signed up for a free trial, as I did with Monday.com and Smartsheet. Having recently received my PMP, I wanted to browse the PMIS options. Smartsheet and Monday.com let my trial run out, but ProjectManager.com took $375 out of my bank account and refuses to return it. This business practice is not in alignment with PMI code of ethics. Currently reporting Projectmanager.com to BBB, PMI and letting the world know, this is not a legit company. Update: I have contacted the BBB, this company is not accreddited and has a pattern of complaints regarding being overcharged for a subscription.

Hello Tracie, Congratulations on getting your PMP. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to earn your business. I am sorry that your experience was not positive. An email was sent to the address on file 7 days before the end of the trial period as a reminder and to confirm the amount that will be billed if you choose to continue with the subscription. Based on our records, you selected the Business option for 15 users at a rate of $25.00 per user. This is why you were billed $375.00. As you may know, the free trial is for 30 days only. Cancellations during the trial period are immediate. If a cancellation is not made, then you are billed for the subscription when the trial ends. This is why your account was billed. The no refund policy is part of the terms. Here are the terms for reference: https://www.projectmanager.com/terms We are trusted by over 375,000 Project Managers Worldwide. Some of our clients include Bank of America, the United States Postal Office, and The United Nations. Please feel free to contact our support team at https://www.projectmanager.com/contact, if you require further assistance. Sincerely, The ProjectManager.com Support Team
