Very grateful for SetraHost. I was using Bluehost prior and was hit with a bill that was over 3x what I initially paid. I couldn’t justify this. I found SetraHost on Twitter so reached out on their live chat widget on their website. They were super helpful without trying to convince me of anything so I decided to give them a try. They migrated my website within literally 15 minutes and helped answer any questions I had. This is a big difference from the support I’ve gotten from Bluehost and on top of it, I pay way less now and my sites are much faster. I don’t know how SetraHost manages this, but i know I will be a customer for many years to come and recommend them to any friends looking for a good hosting provider

Hoping this 1 star review will get someone to actually respond to me. Started so well on 21 August. Last heard from them on 01 Sept. Now 11 Sept with no response.

I like SetraHost. In fact, you can call me a SetraFan. They're a small company doing their best -- and oftentimes that is the absolute best. They have a crack team there that goes ABOVE and BEYOND what one would expect from a hosting company. For example, a plugin went sideways on a Wordpress installation; they not only got me into my site, they helped with the fix and made sure the site was up and running quickly. And when I write quickly, I mean QUICKLY. I was expecting to spend a good chunk of the day attending to this issue; in fact, I was up and running in under TWENTY MINUTES. They didn't have to do that. The tech didn't have to do that. Yet they did. Because they're good folks.

They are on top of the transition and are great at communicating the status.

Switched my Hosting to SetraHost. All the process, from the purchase to my websites' migration was supported by knowledgable and extremely helpful operators. After landing on SetraHost grounds the tech support operator delt with reqested by me additional tech setups and answerd all the questions. That was a numerous exchange of messages, however, I never felt that I am left out. Always patient, friendly, clear, professional solutions. That's what anyone can call - Support. Thanks!
