Hi Blanca, we're sorry to know you had issues with our subscription process. If you allow us to clarify, when our customers are placing their products in their carts you are able to select your purchase type, either a subscription with a discounter price, which can be recognized when the product's price is highlighted in blue, or when you're adding it as a one time purchase, when the price is highlighted in red. By any means we force our customers to get a subscription without their consent, and with them placing the subscriptions themselves.
