Great KN94 masks
Great KN94 masks. Considering that it's a mask, it's the most comfortable I've found, and it's been vetted as being genuinely a KN94. Equally important: when I needed to make a change in how we were ordering these masks, the customer service person was extremely helpful, far more helpful than even my high standards would have expected! My review is a 6 star review in a 5 star system.

I would like the autoship orders options to be longer periods than 6 weeks

Sizing differs between mask models
Sizing differs between mask models, and you force potential customers to browse each product separately to see the sizes and actual dimensions. The lack of a page that allows one to search by size is not respectful of customer's time and hassle.
Response from WellBefore· Oct 31, 2022
Hi CG, thank you for your honest feedback, and we're sorry to know you felt this way with our sizing system. If you allow us to clarify, we do our best to provide all the possible information to our customers, and giving standard sizes like S, M, L won't provide exact measures for each mask, and that is the main reason our system only provide the measurements without a search by size as you expected, but please rest assured we will take your feedback to verify how we can improve our site to be friendlier with the customer. Stay safe.

Face masks for Young Child
I like the face masks I bought for my almost three year old grandson because they cover his nose without the large gaps other styles have. The problem is that the ear loops are not comfortable for him no matter how I have tried to adjust them. They work fine for his little friend who is the same age, so maybe it is just his ears! He has no issue with masks that just have the elastic ear loop. It's probably the bead that makes it not work for him.

Hi E! Thanks for sharing your grandson's experience with our Kids (Petite Faces) KN95 - 3D (KF94 Style) Adjustable. Your observations are important to us we will keep them in mind, furthermore for our little ones it takes a bit more to get used to wearing masks. We appreciate your loyalty and we look forward to keeping doing business with you. Please stay safe and have a lovely weekend ahead!

I’m a hairstylist who wears masks most…
I’m a hairstylist who wears masks most of the day. Standard surgical masks slip down while I’m talking to clients and the American N95s (both around the head and ear loop versions) are so tight that I end up in pain after an hour. The WellBefore KN95s have adjustable ear loops and stay in place while I chat with clients. Super comfortable for all-day wear. The fact that they come in fun colors/patterns is a delightful plus as well. The quality is great as well. I’ve never had a strap snap and I sanitize them with a UV box which allows me to wear them over and over again before I have to dispose of them. They also come in sizes, which has been a huge plus for clients/friends of mine with larger and smaller faces.

Website continues to not recognize that…
Website continues to not recognize that I have an account. When I tried then to reset my password, it says that I don't have an account, which I do since I have a few subscriptions on order. Frustrating... Fast response with great customer service
Response from WellBefore· Oct 28, 2022
Hi Tyler, we are sorry to know you had these difficulties. After checking your purchases with us (which we truly appreciate), it seems you were doing them without an active account, and never activated one in the past, so all orders were made as a visitor. To solve this, we've sent you an account activation email so you can register and see the orders placed with your email. We hope this had helped, and if you ever have this problem again, remember we have our customer service lines open 24/7 to provide assistance! Have a nice day and stay safe!
