I had an issue with the shipper and contacted customer service. The reps were very kind and responsive. Happy I have my daughter's masks for school. They're great!

My experience with ordering from WellBefore involved a phone call because of an anomaly on the website when I tried to order a certain item. The helpful customer service person on the phone couldn't have been nicer. All was cleared up, and I had my order right on time afterwards. I really like doing business with this company!

We were hit by hurricane Ian and had to request a change of address. Our issue was treated with compassion and addressed immediately. (I gave an approximate date because I don’t remember the exact date of the chat).
