These masks are absolutely first rate. But so too is the customer service. I had problems logging into my account, sent an email, and received a helpful response within 2 minutes. The service is outstanding.

Wellbefore masks are excellent quality and customer service is excellent. The standard size masks are too big for my husband and I so we order small and they fit well.

Purchased KN953D mask and I am very satisfied with it. First, the mask is sold in different sizes helping with fit. Found the size which prevents the mask from slipping upward from my chin during activities. Second, adjustable ear loops are great for those who find the loops too tight around the ears pulling them forward. Also, helps for those with hearing aids and glasses. Third, mask is well constructed with sturdy materials and ear loop connections that have not broken yet. Lastly, additional space in front of nose helps with breathing and those with facial hair. Will purchase again.
