Hi Tammy, we are sorry to know that happened. Please remember you will have our customer service lines 24/7 to report any defectives in orders. We will be more than happy to help with your purchase of 4ply masks. Regarding smell, we're happy to report That we actually call that the “new mask scent”, which can sometimes happen because our masks are packaged instantly in their individual plastic packaging. We recommend letting the mask air out for 5-10 minutes and then trying it back on again to see if that smell is still prominent. If you ever feel you need further assistance, let us know. Stay safe.
