Been with them for over 10 years. I bought their phones when first rolled out been a member since. The internet services in my area were expensive and week so we switched to Verizon fios. They penalizes me an extra $200 per month on my phone bill due to not having internet. After a few months I tried switching over. Then they removed it going forward
Phone is now broken, go to upgrade or repair since I pay for it. Due to NOT having their internet, I'm ineligible for everything, yet I pay my bill faithfully. Xfinity is TRASHHHHH

Why even write a review on…
Why even write a review on Trustpilot.com about Xfinity Mobile when they don't even bother answering the reviews posted on Trustpilot.com???
I've read all the reviews about Xfinity Mobile and they haven't bothered to answer even one of the reviews!!!
Xfinity why don't even bother to respond to even one review??
You have the worst customer service I've ever experienced!!!

Their CSRs are apparently empowered to lie their faces off to you.
Xfinity as a cable company (associated with Comcast, let's don't forget that part) is about what you'd expect from a cable company. You know they're going to nickel and dime you anywhere they can, it comes with the territory with broadband utilities in this country. What was the real surprise for me was the mobile arm of their business. I first signed up in 2024 as part of a bundle deal to keep my business after they tried to raise my internet by an egregious degree. I was unhappy with my carrier and switched for the deal, under terms that are fairly typical for a mobile phone bundle: you get the phone included by agreeing to a contract for the service, with the implicit understanding that if you're happy with the service, then you're likely to reup with a trade-in later on down the line. Xfinity doesn't do it like other mobile phone companies do it, though. You are going to be paying for that phone whether you decide to keep it instead of trading it in for a new contract deal, or not. They will charge you for it over the course of many months, added to your mobile bill, and if you try to cancel the service then you will be billed for the full balance due on the phone. The 'free' phone that you already paid taxes for. This is after the contract is up, mind. If you go back through your emails you will find the small print in the contract that lets them get away with this. Don't ever expect to hear this from the mouths of the CSRs who are selling you this nonsense, no matter how carefully you think you questioned them. It's perfectly fine for them to straight up lie to you about it! They are in an overseas call center using fake names so there's not anyone who is going to catch trouble for lying to you, and they know it. They can even try to get you to sign up for a second line to get the new deal offered on the website for a much lower service cost for adding a second line when you call them to find out how to lower your data plan on the original phone. But guess what? You're still paying for that original phone! The one that was supposedly included with the original contract that you already met the obligations for! And! You're still paying for that original line too, only it's more expensive now! Yeah, they lie. They expect to get away with it. Don't sign up with this company, it's not worth it. I do still like the phone they sold me, though. Finally seeing the back of them with an extra full price payment this month, even though the phone was fully paid off last month. Good riddance to them. Never again.

Absolute nightmare
Absolute nightmare. They are charging me for three Apple Watches that we don’t have. They screwed up the promo they offered us and long long story short they are now charging us for watches we don’t have. On top of this the service is horrendous. I’m switching back T-Mobile. Whatever you do don’t sign up with these thieves. Absolute clown show.

I've had a very frustrating experience…
I've had a very frustrating experience with Xfinity Mobile. I signed up for Xfinity Internet in February 2025 and was offered a promotion for 12 months of free mobile service. Despite that, I was charged for the first two months and had to make multiple calls just trying to get the promotion honored. Each time I was told the next month will start the promo offer, but the process was confusing and inconsistent.
When I moved and canceled my services, I canceled my mobile line and then my internet service. Two months after canceling, I was still charged $24.99. When I called to ask why, I received conflicting explanations that didn't make sense based on my account history. It felt like I was constantly having to fight incorrect charges and spend time resolving issues that shouldn't have happened in the first place.
The one bright spot in this entire experience was a customer service representative named Salah. In more than a year of dealing with Xfinity, he was the first representative who genuinely listened, treated me with respect, and took the time to understand the issue. He was friendly, professional, and helped me obtain a refund for charges that should not have been billed. Salah provided the level of customer service I wish I had received from the beginning.
Unfortunately, while I greatly appreciate Salah's help, my overall experience with Xfinity Mobile has been disappointing due to billing issues, lack of consistency, and the amount of time required to resolve problems.

My experience with Xfinity Mobile has…
My experience with Xfinity Mobile has been horrible; they are liars who promise a service but don't deliver what they say. I switched from T-Mobile because of their poor service and the fact that they always raise prices every year, but these guys are even worse. They promised I wouldn't have issues streaming videos, yet from the very first few days, the video would stop every two minutes. I called, and they said it was because I only had a 30GB plan, so they offered me 50GB for more money; I agreed, but I ended up paying more than I did with my previous carrier, and the problem persists. Honestly, they are just thieves. If I could give a negative rating, I’d give them a -50.
