LA has Everything needed to Support Clients
LA has everything you need to manage client support questions in one easy location. Managing client emails before switching to LA was difficult, emails would go left un-resolved and overall organizational structure was not there to support a growing client base. Now, with LA, we are able to track, organize, and resolve tickets much easier.

LifeAgent is very useful
LiveAgent is a great system for communication with customers. It made our work life much easier. I would definitely recommend.

Live agent is Great
Live agent has been a huge help to our company! Its made customer care so much easier and i'm not sure how we did out jobs without them.

LiveAgent is amazing
LiveAgent is amazing, It's super easy to use and a great way to manage my emails on a day-to-day basis. The best part is how easy it is customizable to cater to your needs to organize my work. I would definitely recommend this to other companies that also do support.

Great product, with room for growth!
Live Agent keeps everything you need to support your clients in one place. I definitely recommend it to any company with a support team. Some might not like the UI but I'm actually a fan of it (using the Dark/Default theme). My only complaint right now is the few times it's crashed/didn't load for us periodically over the last couple weeks.

The Best Communications Service!
Live Agent is the best communications service I have ever used! It is really easy to use and has many convenient features. One of these features is canned responses, this is perfect as it allows me to get through more emails during the day and gives me more time to complete other tasks.

A powerful platform for support team…
A powerful platform for support team management. UI takes a little getting used to but packed full of features incl. multi-platform sources.

Great app but not very user friendly
LiveAgent is packed with lots of features and the price is fantastic compared to some of the other apps out there. However, it doesn't have a great UI (yet) which can make it a bit clunky to work with.
