We made the move from Zendesk to LiveAgent and couldn't be happier. Although the setup and conversion took a little more than we expected and the mobile app is too basic, the customer response (in speed and knowledge and helpfulness) is unlike anyone else. And being a Customer Service tool, you expect high levels of customer service and they exceed that any expectations you could have. I would recommend them over and over again.

Easy to use Before LiveAgent we used Outlook for manage incoming emails for clients. Now we have those emails coming in directly to LiveAgent with categories that get assigned to a team of agents. LiveAgent has allowed us to track and get real stats for agents.

Great service! We previously used Freshdesk in our company. It is about 3 months we moved to LiveAgent. We have more functionalities now for less money. Everything works fine, no outages, no delays. My rating is 90 %, because nothing is perfect and there is always space for improvement. But LiveAgent company seems open to our needs.

LiveAgent is good solution for CS and work with it is easy. We have overview of requests and after all set up behind is finished will be perfect. 1 star less from my side is for reporting. Complicated processes within company is difficult to follow in numbers. I hope that it will change in the future.
