Simple Integration
The ease of which we were able to integrate there API v3 system in to our site, this is a major step forward for us and has removed the errors we got from our previous system where it was email based. The I-pad app needs a little bit of work to bring it up to the web based version status.

Live agent departments automation
Live agent departments makes it easy for our web contact form to automatically assign tickets to the right department, taking the auditing work away from the managers and allowing them time to look after our customer

Toutes les fonctionnalité nécessaires à prix raisonnable.
L'interface est très claire et complète. L'interraction en direct avec les clients ou les collègues (pour le traitement simultané d'un ticket par exemple) est un très bon point. L'application smartphone est pratique. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Realy good UX and reactivity
We have been using liveagent for a short time as a replacement for other known software and we are not disappointed. It offers a lot of functionality and a very convenient interface for a reasonable price.

Inclusive Ticketing Feature
We use LiveAgent for our customer service department - and we love that the ticketing feature is included. We are finding that the use of tags is greatly helping for organizing as well with our agents

Just what we needed
Just what we needed. Easy set up, simple billing, quick launch. Custom tags make it easy to track issues. The reporting helps us see trends and get in front of issues quicker. The support team has always been quick and efficient with any issues we have had, and patient when we asked the easy questions too...
