I cannot express enough how simple this…
I cannot express enough how simple this software is to navigate. I have NO complaints. We started using Live Agent about 3 months ago and have had no issues. I have worked with logging softwares in the past and nothing compares to Live Agent. Simple Reliable Great Customer Service as well

Live agent is a very user friendly…
Live agent is a very user friendly system, we are able to log all interactions with customers in one place

Great Customer Service Management Tool
Has the ability to work with tickets that come from different sources like Chat, Email, Forms, etc. Which allows for multiple channels for support managed by the same individuals that can distribute the work accordingly.

Live Agent is an essential tool for any business
Live Agent has been a lifesaver for our virtually-based company. We are able to collaborate and prioritize our workflow in an efficient and organized way. The customizable tags and labels make it so much easier to scan through new emails and messages and determine what needs to be worked on first.
