Once I downloaded the correct application, it worked just as I had hoped. Very happy.

The service itself is fine but it WILL auto-renew every single month/year. I lost around $200 CAD total because of a monthly auto-renewal. No email receipts or anything from NoteBurner either, so I couldn't figure out what was charging me for the longest time. I started to be charged May 20th, and they've charged me $16.74 USD every month since. It's now April, which means that they've taken $167.40 USD from me total when I only intented to use the service for a month. I kept getting charges from PADDLE.NET and couldn't figure out what was charging me, had to go through hell for a couple months with PADDLE to finally figure out that it was Noteburner. They were able to cancel it for me finally, thank goodness - but I wanted to warn others of this!

Con el uso de la licencia de noteburner, Spotify canceló mi cuenta asociada con mi direccion de correo de gmail, por ir contra los terminos legales de spotify.Desde el soporte de noteburner no se me da una solucion para poder emplear otra cuenta y conservar mi lcuenta de spotify sin riesgo de cancelacion.He pagado la licencia de NOTEBURNER y no la puedo usar a riesgo de perder la cuenta de SPOTIFY.Reclamo una solucion o la devolucion del importe.

J’ai acheté la dernière version NoteBurner Music One permettant d’enregistrer des fichiers audios sur Qobuz. J’ai les mêmes difficultés qu’Adélaïde Thevet. Des fichiers audios réceptionnés ne correspondent pas aux originaux présents sur l’album choisi. Les noms correspondent mais pas le son. Il y a aussi une erreur sur la durée de l’enregistrement quand le son ne correspond pas au fichier vidéo sélectionné. Les solutions proposées par mails n’ont jamais réglé ces anomalies. J’ai demandé un remboursement dans les 5 jours et je n’ai toujours pas de réponse. Avis modifié le 19-3-2025 pour apporter les précisions suivantes. Les modifications proposées dans la réponse de NoteBurner ci-dessous n'ont jamais réglé le problème. D'autre par, j'ai été remboursé de ce logiciel quelques jours après la 1ère publication de mon avis dans Trustpilot

Excellent product which works extremely well and does exactly what you require. Great support bearing in mind that they are in a different time zone. Replies are at worst next day. My minor issue was resolved with an update. In conclusion, a value for money quality product.
