Der Kundenservice ist auf Deutsch verfügbar, antwortet schnell per E-Mail und konnte meine Anliegen jedes Mal problemlos klären. Ich verwende NoteBurner hauptsächlich, um Dateien von Spotify herunterzuladen und eigene Playlists für den USB-Stick zu erstellen. Die Klangqualität ist dabei deutlich besser als beim Streamen – allein das ist für mich schon ein großes Plus, egal ob im Auto oder zu Hause über den DAC der heimischen Anlage. Noteburner Amazon Video Converter Mac 12M Nachdem ich ein Update des Progr. gemacht hatte, ließ sich kein Video mehr downloaden und ich bekam jedes Mal, wenn ich es versuchte, den Hinweis: Besuchen Sie PrimeVideo.com. Wählen Sie bitte die entsprechende Region oder ihr Land aus, damit es ordnungsgemäß funktioniert. Der Hinweis nützte natürlich nichts, weil ich das Programm vorher problemlos genutzt hatte und ich seit Jahren bei Amazon auch mit meinem Land gemeldet war. All das meldete ich dem Support von Noteburner mit den entsprechenden Screenshots etc. Dann hatte ich mehrmals Kontakt mit dem Support, bekam verschieden Lösungswege aufgezeigt, die nicht funktionierten. Dann wurde es seltsam, ich sollte nämlich nochmals beschreiben, was ich bei meinem ersten Kontakt schon beschrieben hatte: „Was genau ist das Problem? Funktioniert Ihr Download-Button nicht oder gibt es andere Probleme?“ Mein Hinweis auf meine erste Mail und all die bereits gemachten Problembeschreibungen wurde ignoriert, stereotyp wurde ich immer wieder aufgefordert das bekannte Problem zu beschreiben, bekam dann wdh. die gleichen Lösungsvorschläge noch einmal. Es keimte bei mir der Verdacht, dass ich die ganze Zeit mit einer (sehr beschränkten) KI kommunizierte, was ich mitteilte, aber weder bestätigt noch verneint wurde. Ich teilte das mit, auch dass ich den bisherigen Support katastrophal fand und keine weiteren Support mehr wünschte. Man stelle sich vor, ich bekam die bekannten Mails des Supports fortgesetzt weiter, in denen ich das Problem noch mal beschreiben sollte etc., etc., etc. Schließlich konnte ich das Problem selbst lösen, indem ich auf mein Backup zurückgriff und die frühere Version erneut installierte. Auch das teilte ich dem „Support“ mit , und dass ich deswegen keinen weiteren „Support“ mehr bräuchte. Doch damit war nicht Schluss. Die bekannten Mails des „Supports“ (Wendy war meine (KI-)-„Kontaktperson“) kamen weiter bei mir an. Die KI konnte offenbar eine Information wie, das Problem bestünde besteht nicht mehr, ich brauche keinen weiteren Support, nicht verarbeiten rsp. verstehen. Schließlich sah ich mich gezwungen einen Filter einzurichten, der Mails des Support sofort löschte und mich von diesem „Support“ befreite. Resümee: Der Support ist eine einzige Katastrophe.
