BEWARE THIS SCAM COMPANY!!! They take your money, then, the program doesn’t work. Despite numerous messages to the support team, they just keep saying the technical team haven't found a solution yet. This was 3 weeks ago and I only paid for 1 month's subscription to try it out. Now they have just disappeared. Totally unprofessional and a complete waste of money and time!! Once they have your money, they don’t give a damn!!

It works perfectly. I have bought their Spotify converter. It converts my playlists fast enough. I check my downloaded audio files, the title, art pic, track number and more are there as advertised. The converted music sounds like the originals. Thanks support team!

After 3 months of operation, don't work anymore since one month "error 1006" and cannot convert. No solution from Noteburner despite dayly requests Of course no reimbursment facility 51€ lost Avoid !!!

I'm a audio artist and I need to listen many music to get some inspiration! I found this program by my friend's recommendation. It helps me to download many musics from Spotify. That's kind of cool. I like this program.

NoteBurner's tech support team has been awesome to work with! I've only been using the product for a couple of months now, but on every occasion where I've run into an issue, they've responded with a solution immediately! As for the product itself, what can I say? As a wedding dj, it's become the perfect solution for converting my customized playlists from Spotify Premium into mp3 files, which I can then permanently transfer to my external hard drive. No more purchasing one song at a time from iTunes! No question about it, NoteBurner has me hooked for the long haul!

It worked well for months, then began having trouble. I e-mailed them to tell them of the problem. The next day I got an e-mail back saying they solved the problem and included a patch. That is exceptional responsive service which make me glad to have their "lifetime" package.
