I love Noteburner, however the recent updated to version 2.2.4 causes all downloads from spotify to skip/jump making them unlistenable, software has since been upgraded and issues have been resolved

We've fixed this issue, please try to enable the "Plugin update is available" on NoteBurner and try to convert again :)

I used Noteburner M4V Converter Plus for a while, starting on MacOS where it was working just up MacOS Sierra (years old meanwhile), MacOS 10.13, 10.14 and 10.15 is not supported. Changing to Windows, there I made similar experiences. The software support ends with iTunes 12.10.0.7. But this won't help for long any more, because more and more movies require iTunes 12.10.8 at least, so Noteburner M4V Converter Plus is dying, because no update is in line since 2019-12-30. Hands off, save your money and avoid frustration!

We are sorry for the inconvenience that have caused you. Unfortunately, the M4V converter is put on hold for any further updates, but our other softwares are still up-to-date. And if your order was made within 30 days, we can provide a refund for it.

There was a problem that stopped Noteburner from working. Noteburner couldn't "see" the internet connection and wouldn't download. I reported it to their service department, along with my logs, and they had it fixed with a beta release within hours. Good Job Guys!

I bought, with some apprehension at the sight of some feedback, a one month license for NoteBurner Spotify Music. I installed the software without problem, added the URL of my playlist (157 songs) and in 2h30, it converted my entire playlist perfectly. Satisfied in every way, I recommend for converting use. Sorry for use translate tools english traduction ;)

Please, please, please, provide an updated version that is much faster. Converting files in a time that is longer than the original playing time is unacceptable!
Response from NoteBurner· Jan 4, 2021
We are sorry for the inconvenience that have caused you. Unfortunately, the program is limited to 1X conversion speed on macOS 10.14 and later versions. If you are running Windows version but still experiencing the slow speed, please contact our help section [email protected] for further assistance. Updated: The Mac version of NoteBurner can convert at up to 10X speed currently, please download the latest version of NoteBurner, then choose the "WebPlayer Download" mode for a try.
