I bought the Noteburner for Apple Music. Generally it works great. But there are songs i could not convert. I wrote them and they offered some solutions that unfortunately did not work. And they blocked my email. Had they said they don’t know how to fix the problem I’d have accepted that but to block my email address. It disappointed me. Otherwise I’d have given them a 4 or 5 star rating. PS I have read your reply. I just tried again to reply to your email. Thank you for your response.

I use the paid version of Noteburner Spotify Music Converter, and have a Spotify premium account (for my family). I need to convert Spotify music to mp3 format since I use a Sony walkman when doing sports, and NoteBurner is running on my MacBook. Pro: - Noteburner does what it promises: converting spotify music to mp3 files at expected quality. - Noteburner Support replies quickly to questions (within less than 24 hours) Con: The conversion time is as long as the length of the song, so it can take quite some time to convert a playlist or album. What makes this worse, is that during the conversion you cannot: (1) use any audio from other applications on your laptop (e.g. youtube, netflix through webbrowser, zoom etc.) !(2) use Spotify to play songs on the device you are running the conversion on, or on any other device (e.g. mobile phone). So basically you really need to plan the conversions you want to do. There is a way to increase the conversion speed (to 5 times the speed of the songs) but that requires you to (temporarily) reduce the system integration protection settings, which is something I will never do (but you might if you are ok with running the risk). So would I buy NoteBurner again? Yes, since I want to convert Spotify files to an mp3 format. The conversion is not hassle free, but it is great to have the possibility to convert Spotify music to mp3. The only recommendation I can give when you are considering to buy a spotify/mp3 converter, is to review the most recent functionality being offered by the different vendors (including NoteBurner).

While I appreciate any service as a tool to the consumer, the consumer themselves should also have an easy way to cancel their account if needed and the ability to directly contact the company in order to do so. Their website it peculiar and odd. The email address provided to contact support is not an actual hyperlink but just text. Also, they write the word "at" to replace the symbol "@" so that they can avoid typing a hyperlink. I tried this once, and decided to not continue using it. However, to this day, 2 months later, they're still trying to charge me to renew for the account which I explicitly canceled via PayPal and they're still trying to continue to charge me. I have contacted their so-called support and I get a response saying that I need to contact the actual seller because Paddle.com is just a reseller. Well no doubt. Now, for the 4th god dang time, again they're trying to charge me and I have absolutely NO way to contact these people to tell them to frikkin cancel the account already.

I have been using the NoteBurner products since 2016. They have always performed well for me. They have helped me to convert all my purchased music to the way I want it.

Windows user - Still no update from this group - over a year has passed since a functioning update. Blame it on COVID or whatever, I just feel it's been too long of a wait to get Noteburner back to where I can rip the DRM out of movies so they can be watched on other platforms. When movies rip, only the audio shows up, no video. I rolled back my itunes as requested twice. Redownloaded the movies and it still won't work.

I'm still on 2.2.1 and it's still flawless. I have converted over 1200 songs from Spotify and have received only 3 errors which could be anything, really. Very good and highly recommended.
