The program has been working quite well…
The program has been working quite well for the last few years until recently that it outputs files with sound only. If you are encountering the same issue, you can revert your iTunes to 12.9 as I do.

Very Buggy
Tried trial version in Win 10. Didn't run and had to install iTunes 12.9 and redownload movies but it now works then doesn't Output provides audio but no video sometimes. Trial time of 1 min too short. Too expensive and better programmes around. Read other reviews before buying.

Needs update on mac!
It worked really good before. But the program needs an update on mac. I can't even open the program anymore. I use noteburn to download music.

Thanks for your support to us. Apple has adopted a new security mesure in macOS 10.15 Catalina. So now, you may receive some warning when open app out of App store or from an unidentified developer. Won't convert video anymore after…
Won't convert video anymore after latest iTunes update. It's been several months and no fix. Tech support just says they're working on it. Now, my email to them won't go through anymore.

I-Tunes converter worked as it should…
I-Tunes converter worked as it should some time. Now i can not convert my movies anymore. Audio only, no Video. Even after go back to older Itunes-Version, still the same. Since weeks no solution.

bad program it got some mining virus.
bad program it got some mining virus. i closed the program, and the program still running in background with 2 processes 60% cpu, also there arent basic features in noteburner
