I purchased this software about three years ago and have used it MANY times. I have no negative comments but rather praise from their support email folks. I had lost my license number and emailed support. Within 24 hours, Yeong, replied with a replacement license. My only criticism is that the update (to newer version) feature never seems to work. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the product.

Invited to write my experience. I'm a real user on noteburner, and I've bought their spotify music converter, the windows version. It works great till now. I've used it for over 3 months. 5 star for their constant efforts and regular updates. Thanks anyway.

Firstly, they claim you can remove DRM from you iTunes Movie purchases. They hide in the fine print that you have to use an OLD version of iTunes. It does not work AT ALL on newer versions of macOS - a detail that again is hidden in fine print. When I first purchased it, it worked on my Windows 10 system for a while. Then an update cause it to crash on launch. A later update fixed that, but now when you convert iTunes video files you only get audio output, regardless of the setting. Customer support is virtually non-existent. I sent an email about the app crashing on launch and didn't get a reply for months, which basically said it's a bug they know about and to use an older version. MONTHS! This software is a waste of money and the company seems to only exist to con people into buying software that doesn't work as advertised and then pretend to not exist when you request a refund. Do not give NoteBurner any money.

Generally, NoteBurner is a good software with functions that can download videos and songs from common platforms. I particularly like to use it to download songs from Spotify. But quality of Netflix videos which can be downloaded isn't enough high. This maybe worthy to look forward to the future version.

The Spotify converter provided by Noteburner is a nice tool for me to convert Spotify music at 320 kbps. It converts Spotify music fast in high quality. Nice and stable tool.
