Hi Roxana, Thanks a lot for your review. We are always happy to know that our products and services are your like. Regarding your comments about our measuring guidelines, we are truly sorry they didn't help you out. Although they do not have any specification on how much you should measure your face to consider a mask is good for you, it did help other customers in that way, but knowing it didn't in your case will make us consider what would be needed. If you have, by any chance, an idea of what would be better for you to see as a customer to consider the guideline more useful, it will help us a lot. Finally, regarding use, we know the importance of having masks that can be used more than once, and more in this economy we have, but please note that even the FDA does not recommend a mask to be used over 2 times because of the same reasons you're mentioning. We hope you understand the number of uses is limited for these masks. Thanks a lot and we hope this information has helped.
