Excellent customer service
Prefer these masks. Hook over ears. Comfortable. Had an issue with a lost delivery. Customer service issued me a credit although it was likely the fault of the carrier. Happy I did not lose my money; used credit and even purchased a few more needed masks. Thank you, Wellbefore!

They pass the fit test! Comfortable!
These masks are great. they fit both me and my 10yo daughter well. With the seal around the inside of the mask as well as the adjustable head straps, it passed the fit test on both of us. In fact I went into a high exposure environment for a needed medical appointment, got a covid-19 exposure notification and did not get sick. I contribute that to wearing this mask into that environment. We have several members of our family at high risk for severe respiratory illness due to immune modifying medications and due to this we need to protect ourselves. These are great masks. I will be ordering again.

Great products and excellent customer service
This is my 2nd time ordering products from WellBefore and their service / products are amazing! I had an issue with my latest order and it was settled quickly and without hassle. They sell good masks
They sell good masks, consistently available. However, adjusting a subscription is oddly hard -- like, maybe I signed up without creating an account, and now there's no way for me to get to my deliveries other than through a human being. Seems like that's a loophole that should be fixable.

3D KN95 mask with adjustable ear loops
